Hey Barry.......
What a great afternoon the 12/11 was at the Noosa Library. Some of those wonderful faces I had not seen for.... well, a long long time.
After the launch I went with old friends and had a drink at Bistro C, more nostalga....and then after that I went home and yes - read the book cover to cover...I just could not put it down, so many parts were so close to my heart...thank you my friend for taking the time to document these memories.
As for the DVD, well I just play it and play it... I don't think I will ever not enjoy it.
I know I speak for SO MANY OF US when I say.....THANK YOU!

no photos, no footage, no CDs, no words in a review can translate your presence on stage. to hear and see you live is an orgasm for the soul. your voice is like a shower of diamonds of sound. i really love your original work. about the other songs, i say this to the world : when one`s interpretation of songs from other fabulous artists are better than the originals, there`s only one thing to say : he`s number one !

what a blast from the past - just been listening to a pod cast and I've got to say your voice still does it for me. Took me back a lot of years to a pub in South Brisbane in the early 80s on a sunday afternoon. Magical.

Outstanding performance of the festival for me. Your solo performance and stage presence is second to none, with a truly great performance on your spot with the River Rockers.
That number alone is worth the album when you record it with them.Please keep me informed when the new albums are released.
